Question for Malloc

So I was checking out some games over on TOS, THE WAR GAME: WWII, among them when I came across this comment:

I will probably buy this one... but then again I am an idiot.

I saw it at my FLGS the other day when I was there to buy both Tide of Iron and Descent (had $100 gift card to burn) anyway I think this weighed more than both of them. The 6 foot board will be interesting, even if this is just A&A on steriods, I wanna try it.

Both were replaced by Beta Units. These Beta Units are still learning their way and I believe are only up to the "making out with chicks" part. You know, sticking their tongues in the ear and stuff. "You want me to talk dirty to you now?"

It makes my girlfriend roll her eyes every time my phone rings, which I think is the true test of a quality dork ringtone.

Huh, yeah, you're right, Malloc did disappear, now that you mention it...

I sent out an alert using the Malloc Bat phone. Hopefully, he'll show up today. If not Monday.

Malloc and Robartin's content is over on the subscribers only side of the website. I post there for months at a time too.

Huh. That's too bad. So what did Malloc's wife think of the game? Or maybe she's selling all his stuff for cheap.

I did not buy it, but i got it in the bgg secret santa.

I have yet to play it but it looks like a good A&A redo that ups the level a notch or 2.

Now that the New A&A is out I would check that one 1st before i shelled out for this one.

Were a lot of secret santa's big spenders this year? I just saw a post about someone getting Up Front from theirs. I never did that thing, I always assumed it was more medium to low price games people sent around.

SS can be anything... I view it as a Karma play. I try to buy people something nice, this year it paid off for me.

It was my 2nd year and I plan on doing it every year since it is a lot of fun and a good X-mas spirit among games thing.
