Well, if it's a Secret Satan program, then surely international shipping is mandatory.

International shipping might be a barrier. As much fun as it might be, I don't want to spend $30 to send Southernman a copy of Dicke Kartoffeln.

Yep - unless we're all successful company directors, who jet off to the islands every winter, then I will guess that most here wouldn't be keen on spending that amount on a minor practical joke.
