Yeduha Berlinger suggested a fix to Mission: Red Planet to rid it of chaos. Thought you guys might get a kick out of it. I think his suggestion is fine, I just thought it was funny that he thought it needed fixing.

LOL. If you want to play El Grande play El Grande for heavens sake. The whole point of playing Mission: Red Planet is for the psychological game of trying to anticipate what cards the other players will put down, and mislead them with regards to what you are putting down.

I've got a good suggestion to "fix" Mission: Red Planet...and it only involves lighter fluid and a small match.

Yea, but you played your first game with Heir Barnes didn't you Ken?

Playing a Euro with Barnes is like watching "Bonanza" with a Trekie!

I heard that's a pretty good fix for Supremacy too since most games end in the 12 nuke winter thing....:)

"Chaos annoys me" ... what a title. And it makes you wonder why he's anywhere near one of Bruno's games.

Actually, I'm a bit surprised by the entire episode. He's a fan of Cosmic Encounter, for one thing (we've exchanged messages on the subject), and there's a game that be a bit chaotic. I'm not sure it's the exact word he was searching for.

I have found that many people use the word "chaos" when what they really mean to say is, "I find it difficult to make predictions when I have to factor in the human variable."

How can you like Cosmic Encounter and then complain about chaos in another game? Cosmic Encounter has chaos from the choice of powers to seeing what people are going to do to seeing the outcome of the battles and what not. About the only game worse for that would be Illuminati (which I love).
