Interested in a set of Valley Games C&C:A dice?

Poor Valley Games. They must be so overwhelmed. About 6 months ago they posted that they had unexpectedly found a few remaining sets of the nice wooden Commands & Colors: Ancients dice. I hopped on their site and bought a set...received them about a week or so later.

The other day I had a padded envelope from Canada in my mailbox. What do you know, they sent me another set! They probably panicked, thinking they hadn't fulfilled my order.

Does anyone want these? They're really nice. You can give them to yourself as a stocking stuffer. They didn't cost me anything, so why should they cost you? I'll mail 'em to whoever wants them.

That's mighty generous man! I have 2 sets myself, else I'd be all over this. While I don't want to take away a chance at 'em from a CC:A player, if you have no takers by whatever your self-imposed deadline is, I've got a dice-collector trading partner/geekbuddy in Singapore who would *love* a set of these. He sent me all kinds of great XiangQi/Shogi bonus items in a recent trade, so I'm putting together a package of odd-ball dice to send him as a holiday gift.

I've been trying to get a hold of a set of those dice for a long time. I would love to take them off your hands for you. Many thanks in advance if you decide to throw them my way.

It sounds like clockwirk actually has the game, so he'd get the most benefit from them. No disrespect to Singaporean dice collectors!

Not a problem. I'm glad it prompted someone to pop out of the woodwork to claim 'em!

Cmon, don't make me sound like a saint here. It isn't really *that* noble to be sending off something for free that I received in error.

I know this is a hobby for cheap screws, but you'd have to be a total schlemiel to try and shake someone down for a few measly bucks in this case.

New user clockwirk (with only 1 post) is...*ahem*...on the clock to PM me and claim these dice. I'll give you a couple more days before I open it up again to anyone. If I completely strike out I can send them to Dogmatix so he can forward them on to his collector friend.

Jeez who woulda thunk that it would be work to unload some dice (and gorgeous at that!) in a place like this?
