Metal Net Radio

Anyone knows about a good Metal radio station on the net? I'm looking for something that plays a good variety of styles.

I would recommend last.fm. Search for a band you like and then you can start a radio station that automatically plays that bands songs interspersed with songs from similar bands based on what other members who like that band are listening to.

I had a friend who had a metal radio show that you could listen to again on the internet. It was very entertaining. It sadly has finished though and I don't know if he has a new show.
