By the way, there is a file over on BGG that basically gives a walkthrough of the game. It doesn't go into detail about all of the rules, but enough to give you a feel of what's going on.

Also, some good Sneak Previews in the forums for the game.

Mage Knight and Eclipse are the 2 I am most interested in.

The adventure game is so close to producing the ultimate title, and maybe the mage knight game is it.

Plus if Eclipse does manage to be TI3 in 3-4 hours I am definitely interested.

I saw Eclipse played at the last game night here (Drakkenstrike brought an early copy) and it looked very good. I had read the rules, but got there just too late to sit down and play. My only concern that the short play time, two hourish really, isn't enough to get the epic scope feel that TI3 has. It could be a good way to fill the TI need when you don't have the time though. I can't wait to try it.

There's not much I'm interested in this year, but I do miss not being at Essen. It's a lot of fun. One of my favorite gaming moments is being in the crowd outside the convention center early on Thursday morning before the show opens. There's a level of excitement and anticipation amongst the crowd that's electric. Ahh well maybe next year then...

After reading the rulebook and watching this video: www.ustream.tv/recorded/18036177 ...I'm thinking that Mage Knight could be THE NEXT GREAT GAME. Hard to say for sure until I play it or hear more about it, but it looks excellent.
