Time to sell some games!

I'm in the middle of a move overseas and am looking to slim down some of my game collection before I go. I'm currently in Ottawa and so all of my stuff will be shipped out of there. I plan to figure out what shipping is via Canada Post and charge exactly that so get in on this while it's still hot. If you want some of the card games shipped without their original boxes to save on shipping I can do that for you (I have plenty of cardboard deckboxes hanging around). Everything is in awesome condition but pictures are grudgingly available upon request.

I've never actually shipped games before so anybody want to give me any advice on this? I was planning to pick up some appropriately sized boxes and crumple some newspaper to act as space filler. Anything more I should consider?

How long does it take to ship to US?

I say this because I'm in US for WBC at end of July/first week in August and it makes sense to ship to the hotel rather than the Middle East.

So I PMed everyone who replied with the costs and SuperflyTNT is right. Shipping is damn expensive in this country. If anyone feels like I'm extorting them then feel free to make me an offer.

I hear ya man. I looked into shipping for a trade just once before realizing that I'd be better off just trading or selling locally rather than paying half the cost of a game to ship the damn thing. Local face-to-face trades are safer and much cheaper, even if I need to drive out of the way. Unless there's some magic way to cut costs I haven't found yet, Canada Post is terrible.

I just had Leaping Lemmings show up Parcel Post for about $8. What delivery method were you looking at?
