I haven't listened yet, but saw in the blurb that Jason drew "The Fall." I hadn't realized that until now. I am a long time Ed Brubaker fan (I love his "Low Life" collection) and haven't read "The Fall" in years. I already love Berlin and Jar of Fools, but my esteem for Jason just increases. When TToA is released, Jason may be my full on man-crush. Lucky for him I live far, far away and he can avoid me easily in real life.

I dunno, if you really look like Toshiro Mifune, maybe we can work something out ;)

Seriously, thanks for the kinds words. Doing The Fall with Ed was a great experience. We're going to try to get it back into print within the next year, since the first printing had a relatively low profile. We're thinking a full color, hardcover, album-sized book.

It's been really fun to watch Ed rise in the industry ranks over the time I've known him. I went to see Captain America last night, and I loved seeing both the Winter Soldier setup and the thanks they gave Ed in the credits. Crazy to think it's the same guy crashed on my floor when he first moved to Seattle 20 years ago.

And hey, thanks for the promotion, dragonstout!
