Skelly, don't bother.
Get a D&D set, paint the mountains white. Drybrush details if desired.
Take the black tiles, paint them cyan and use for ice tiles.
Poor man's tundra, looks GREAT. Just make sure to use a flat primer or it turns out solidly fucked.
Made me several hundred bucks doing this for folks, and I can say with certainty that it's no hard task.

Huh, am I the only guy that thinks Tundra sucks? There's a toystore here that sells them for about 15 USD a box. I got two, didn't like how it looks, and spraypainted the mountains brown.
This is in the Philippines, btw. Maybe I don't appreciate them because it doesn't snow here.

They're worth 40-50 if it's got "sparkly water" and "blue and red dice", 30-40 if it's the second printing with the white dice.
