My kid has Asperger's too and he has his obsessions but none nearly as clinical and worrying as TOSsers about their board games.

That was really funny. The best part was when Tom says that in the game you aren't shipping anything...just different colored sailors....Hmmm...sounds like a certain outlawed trade that was booming at one time.

Man I haven't cracked the lid off of a game like this in three years and man am I happy I haven't. What a pile of shite - this is a game? Tossing it off the roof was classic.

I saw the Vasel apology yesterday through the DT site, very funny. I'm not usually a big TV fan, but he was right on the the money here. BGG users (read "Euro-Snobs") think they and their opinions rule the board gaming universe. Just look at the way they think GW is obligated to care about an online community, that the lame ass BGG ratings system actually IS the final word on whether or not a game should be bought. Douche nozzles, to say the least. It was refreshing to see Tom take a stand against these people who a desperately clinging to the last remnants of a dying genre.
