Help a dude pay the mortgage mega sale!

So as most of you may have noticed, I've not been as active lately. It was at first due to my getting tapped to open and run a new climbing gym which had me working 70+ hour weeks. Then, just around Christmas I got fired despite far exceeding expectations financially and being the sole reason the gym was even able to open, due to it coming out that I'm not straight and I do a lot of gay weddings (I'm also a Justice of the Peace). Bomb dropped and literally three days later I'm in a meeting being told I'm an asshole and banned from the gym I put together. Shit really sucks and I've been working as much as I can doing other stuff/being bummed out and thus not around as much since then either. The legal stuff of fighting the gym owners on how totally fucked it was to fire me and how obvious it was based on their homophobia is still going, and likely will be for a long time cause it's a beast of a process. Maybe someday I'll get a bunch of money for it, but for now, just paying the bills is becoming a serious burden.

All that said, it's time to seriously cull the personal collection. Since you're my people, my first step in the process is to offer things here and in a somewhat unique way. Right now, there are only a handful of games I own that I wouldn't consider parting with (so no Dune or TI3 for you!) but really, right now I need money so almost everything is up for grabs. Make me an offer on whatever you want. Don't make me some bullshit lowball nonsense, but other than a handful of games I can't bear to part with, I'm not turning down reasonable offers. I'd MUCH prefer to not have to ship stuff, so feel free to lowball me more if I can avoid that step or offer me package deals or whatever.


Since I'm sure someone will ask, only things I'd want in trade are Netrunner (and whatever new packs dropped) and the new Mage Wars expansion, though I'd still prefer cash.

I hate posting this kind of sob story shit, but I imagine it would seem weird otherwise if I was randomly trying to sell off most of the games I own. Blerg. Buy me drinks at ConnCon! haha

I'm not sure sexual orientation is a protected class in the United States like race, age, gender, etc... not federally anyway. Might be state rules, I suppose.

Sadly, this is not the case for queer or trans persons in most states.

Those of us who have met Matt in person can be truly perplexed by this, as he's the kind of guy that garners attention and gets people in the door to have a look around. Setting all personal biases aside it was just plain a bad business decision on their part. Seriously Matt, get a job as a drug rep. You'll be buying and selling all of us by this time next year.
